Wellness is many factors as can be seen from the wellness wheel, however the four main areas of wellness are, Mind, Body, Relationships and Spirit, wellness is about balance in life.
Mind: Achieve peace of mind with good cognitive and mind-body health.
Body: Look after your body, good diet, regular exercise, good sleep and relaxation, natural remedies as well as conentional medicine.
Relationships: Build strong loving, fulfilling free from ego relationships at home and at work.
Spirit: Connnect deeply with your own spirit, spirit could be defined as, courage, wisdom, strength to grow and connect with all things living.
